My practice is out-of-network (OON) with health insurance plans, but your insurance can still help you out! Many individuals have health insurance plans that will reimburse a portion of your costs for OON therapy sessions (usually up to 80% reimbursement). I partner with Reimbursify, which makes it easy to check your benefits to see how much you’ll get reimbursed for each session with me. Once you’re a client, you can also use Reimbursify to submit claims to your insurance; you also have the option to submit superbills (automatically provided by me) directly to your insurance for OON reimbursement.
